We’ve been using Mission Inflatables for years! First time we booked, we were hooked. The staff are friendly, helpful & just overall good people. They made sure to ask if we wanted it a certain pace in the yard and if it was okay to use stakes, helped set up the table and chairs and made sure we knew how to use the cotton candy machine. They also let us know if anyone had questions or issues we could reach out to them. They called before coming & before pick up to give us a heads up and make sure we were home. The party was for a 2 year old. The owner recommended a specific inflatable that he’d be able to climb up and navigate despite being so little. He loved it and so did all the older kids. Delivery guy Austin was very courteous.

Yall are the absolute best in customer service. They hit an irrigation line (my fault, not theirs) and they fixed it themselves, got me back on track. Simply amazing company. I don't know any one else that would stick around, buy the parts to fix the problem, FIX the actual problem, and all with a smile on their face. We had worked with another company for a couple of weeks to try and rent a popcorn machine we needed that ultimately fell through. When we had to find another company with the machine available we found Mission Inflatables. The customer service, booking process, and drop-off/pick up was so incredibly easy and smooth compared to the company we had been working with. The machine was confirmed and reserved for us within a half hour of my initial inquiry call, the crew dropping it off was very communicative and arrived with plenty of time to setup and promptly at the end. Every person I spoke to with the company was also very helpful and accommodating. Our event went very well so we are planning to host it annually. We will definitely be using Mission Inflatables every year from now on!

Crew arrived on time and quickly assembled the bounce house. They were very conscientious about protecting the lawn. Thoroughly explained the operation of the bounce house and made sure all our questions were answered.
